A 27 years old male with pain abdomen. This is an online E log book to discuss our patient's de-identified health data shared after taking his/her/guardian's signed informed consent. CASE: A 27 years male patient electrician by occupation came with CHIEF COMPLAINTS: Pain abdomen since 3 months .
