CASE: A 75 years old diabetic male came to casualty with c/o altered sensorium. CHIEF COMPLAINTS: Unresponsiveness and difficulty in breathing since previous night. HOPI: Patient was apparently asymptomatic before the previous evening, he had his dinner and slept.
